Based on our discussion, we create an initial draft of your website. This draft will include the key design elements and structure for your review.
Client Review: You’ll review the first draft and provide feedback.
Approval and Agreement: If you’re satisfied with the draft, we move forward with a 40% upfront payment and a private agreement to continue the project.
Over the following weeks (timeline varies based on the size and complexity of the project), we develop the full website. This includes building out all pages, adding interactive elements, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
We value your input and provide up to five rounds of feedback and changes to ensure the design and functionality meet your expectations.
Once the main design is finalized, we optimize the website for all devices. Your website will look and function perfectly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
If your website requires multiple languages, we add them after the main design and development are complete. This ensures everything is fully functional and consistent across all versions.
We finalize the project by:
Performing thorough testing to ensure everything is perfect.
Uploading the website to your hosting platform.
After the final touches are complete, we require the remaining payment before the website goes live.
Withdrawal After First Draft: If you decide to withdraw after the first draft, our company may charge the 40% payment without any refund, depending on the stage of the process.
Style Changes After Agreement: If you request significant changes to the agreed-upon draft that redefine the overall style, there might be an additional charge.
Additional Revisions: Any changes requested after the five rounds of revisions will incur an additional cost.
Content Responsibility: We do not write or create content. For design purposes, we can happily copy content from your old website. For anything else, it is either AI-generated content or the customer’s responsibility.
Placeholder Content: For websites without content or those not using AI, we will create placeholders with Lorem Ipsum text. The customer can modify these easily after the website is complete and live.
Hosting and Maintenance: Hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included unless specified. Clients are responsible for arranging hosting or purchasing maintenance packages separately. Post-launch technical support is available but may incur additional costs.
Timeline Expectations: Project timelines depend also on client’s responsiveness. Delays in providing feedback or content may extend the delivery schedule.
Third-Party Tools and Licenses: Any third-party costs, such as plugin licenses, stock images, or additional tools, are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.
SEO and Performance Optimization: Advanced SEO is not included as part of the standard process unless specified in the agreement.
Intellectual Property: Upon project completion and full payment, the client will own the design and website code. However, certain third-party tools or licensed components may be subject to their own terms.
